Changing The Game (Play By Play, #2)

Changing the Game - Jaci Burton This book was so good. I would rate it solid 5-star if Elizabeth's past life would be explained more because I still don't get what was so fussed about it she didn't want people to know. For me, it might hardcore but I didn't see it as life-altering, serious hell shit past. Only if it'd been detailed, perhaps I might, able to understand her emotionally abused. I also would add another star if only the ending wasn't so cheesy and cliche. Yeah, I didn't impress at all.

It's Gavin and Elizabeth's love story. I enjoyed their romance. Their chemistry was so overrated, utter fantastic I felt for them. Which was a good reason I stayed on with book till the end. Their on-bed-passion, was hot but somehow, some way, I found it gross. That's just me, I think. Their fights were so, I don't know how to say but for sure, I hoped I got in the book and slammed their heads together. Anyway, they were adorable. Beautiful couple, if I must say.

Second characters were great too. Shawnelle and Haley are so cool. They're Elizabeth's friends. Jenna, Gavin's sister, I liked her. She's easygoing, fun, and friendly. Gavin's parents are nice too. Tara's an angel, I love her. There's Ty Anderson. I could feel the moment I read his appearance in the book, he would be the next in this series's installment. Yeah, I was right then when I checked about it. He seemed nice and I just can't wait to get o know him.

And Mike, he's jerk. I still hate him even now. Period.

Recommended.
