Bourne Identity (Read a Great Movie)

The Bourne Identity - Robert Ludlum 3 stars

To be frank, this book made me fell asleep a lot. Only some of the moments would make my eyes wide, fresh, and stayed awake. Even then, I can't believe I actually finished this book and it's a relief! No kidding.

I liked the action part very much. The violence, the killing - they're very interesting, intriguing, and thrilling. I liked the uncover of the mystery and the truth.

Too many point of views, too many names I got so, so confused.

The romance was so quickly developed. I didn't know how Marie recovered so quickly after being raped by Carlos' men and she happened to have no problem accepting another man's embrace or in this case, Jason. Oh, all of the sudden - Jason said Marie is his love, his precious love.

Anyway, I didn't know the Bourne movies were actually from this series. Hence, I picked it after I watched the The Bourne Legacy few days ago. From my reading, I found that the book is different from the movie. Honestly, I think I enjoyed the book more.

But still, despite I happened to be okay with this book but I don't think I'll continue with the series. This book is enough making me crazy and I believe, the rest of the books would never fail to do the same too.

Read on your own peril.
