Darkest Lie (Lords of the Underworld 8)

The Darkest Lie - Gena Showalter The sixth installment of Lords of the Underworld. This series is definitely my guilty pleasure. Can’t help, all books are just so amazing. As for this book, it’s a story about Gideon and his long-lost wife Scarlet. I enjoyed their romance and passion. The chemistry between them is just too marvelous. I loved the plot. Full of suspense and revelation. As much as I’m eager to tell you what it is but well, where’s the fun and so, read the book!

This book’s about Gideon the Lord of Lies, it had been really hard for me. I understood his monologue because he spoke truth but when he conversed with others, oh hell. Yeah, I got problem with everything he said because 1) It’s hard to catch up 2) Confusion 3) Took me some time to get his meaning. Honestly, it’d been fun! Yes, it was nuts but fun! I couldn’t stop myself laughing out loud. I liked Gideon’s wife, Scarlet. I felt bad for her. Everything happened to her is just absurd. I absolutely loved her when she’s on rage. She’s seriously badass.

Alright, that’s all. Two more books to go before Paris’s story. I can’t wait to read about him.
